The hookah itself is great and works well. Just don’t forget to remove the battery safety tab! It’s definitely a safer alternative to charcoal, and I don’t regret buying it. However, there’s one HUGE downside: the customer service and the way this company treats its customers. I’m really disappointed with my experience, and I’d recommend buying an ENSO somewhere else. This isn’t a cheap product, and it was supposed to be a birthday gift. I ordered it a MONTH in advance, yet it still arrived late! I was angry and disappointed because they didn’t even ship it until I reached out to them. Then, the package ended up traveling through multiple states before finally arriving, so of course, it missed the deadline. I don’t want to rate the product too harshly because the hookah itself really is great. But the overall experience was disappointing, and the poor customer service left a bad impression.

Simplicity for shisha or herb. Easy to clean. Prefer herb to stay away from shisha flavors. Nicotine free shisha is available. Device is high quality for fit, finish, and performance. All parts available separately. Wish is shipped with the herb adapter.

I only use it for flower, but it's the smoothest and most mellow draw I've ever had. It heats up fast and is extremely easy to use, but a bit larger than I expected. Very attractive and I love the look and feel. I would definitely buy again!
