General Questions

Can I Vaporize Oil Concentrates?

The Legacy PRO, AirVape X, and XS GO can be used with waxy oil concentrates using the appropriate concentrate cup insert or pad.

Do not use the concentrate cup or pad with e-liquid or e-juice. It is designed only for waxy concentrates.

When using concentrates, use only a very small amount, approximately the size of a grain of rice, and use a higher temperature setting.

How Can I Increase Vapor Production?

For more visible vapor, grind your dry herb before packing the chamber. A medium grind works best. Avoid grinding the material too finely, as this can restrict airflow.

Pack the chamber appropriately and try a higher temperature setting, such as approximately 215°C / 420°F, for denser vapor.

Remember that vaporization works differently from combustion, so you should not expect the same large clouds produced by burning herbs.

Can I Charge My AirVape With a Different Charger?

The Legacy PRO and X Royal are compatible with USB-C charging. The XS GO and AirVape X Black use a compatible universal Micro-USB charger. Always use a compatible charging adapter that meets the specifications recommended for your AirVape device.

Should I Grind the Herb Before Packing the Chamber?

For best results, we recommend grinding your herb before packing the chamber. Avoid grinding it too finely. Powder-like material can restrict airflow, clog the device, and potentially affect performance.

Can I Bring My Vaporizer on a Plane as Carry-On?

Whether you can travel with your vaporizer depends on the airline, airport, battery regulations, and laws at your destination.

Always check the rules of your airline and the relevant local regulations before travelling with your AirVape device.

Why Is My Order Delayed or Stuck in Transit?

Orders may occasionally be delayed at carrier facilities due to high shipping volumes, weather conditions, customs processing, or temporary operational issues.

Tracking updates can sometimes pause even while a parcel is moving through the delivery network.
