Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you — or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several consignments, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

How to cancel

To exercise your right of withdrawal, tell us your decision by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires.

Please include your name, address and order number. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but you are not obliged to. We will acknowledge receipt of your notice without delay.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm the correct return address and, where applicable, send you return instructions. This is a request, not a condition — your right to withdraw does not depend on it — but returns sent to the wrong address can take considerably longer to process.

Sending the goods back

Send the goods back to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before that period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. A return form is included with every package to make this easier.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Where you chose a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery, we reimburse the cost of the standard option.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several further days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.

Partial returns. Where you withdraw from part of an order only, delivery costs are not reimbursed, as the delivery would have been made in any event. The price of the returned items is refunded in full.

Condition of returned goods

You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where such diminished value applies, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund and will tell you why.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you contact us before your order has been processed by our warehouse, we can usually cancel or amend it directly. Once the package has left the warehouse, the withdrawal procedure above applies.

Refused or undelivered packages

If you refuse to accept a package, or it cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will refund the amount paid in accordance with the rules above.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us at support@airvape.eu immediately if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.

This is separate from, and in addition to, your right of withdrawal. Goods purchased from us carry a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years from delivery under Directive (EU) 2019/771, as implemented in Hungarian law. If goods are not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to have them brought into conformity by repair or replacement, or to a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with applicable law. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a separate order for the one you want.
