When do we ship your order?

Orders are fulfilled within a maximum of 24 hours from purchase, excluding weekends and EU Holidays.  If an order was placed during the weekend, the item will be fulfilled by the following Workday.

How long is the delivery time?

On average orders take 1-5 business days to arrive, but depending on the recipient’s country it can take up to 7 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free with a minimum order value of 100 €. If your order value is below 100 € there will be a shipping cost ranging from 5 to 20 € depending on which country you want it delivered to. Our shipping costs change frequently so go to our checkout and see what your shipping costs will be if your order is under 100 €.

What are my shipping options?

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse run by webshippy.com Their partners are DHL, GLS, Packeta, FoxPost, Sprinter, etc.

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Budapest, Hungary.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to all European countries with a few exceptions. Please go to our checkout to see if we provide service to your country. If you are located in Europe, but in a non-EU country (e.g. Norway and Switzerland), your package will be subject to customs duties that are not included in the order total displayed in the checkout.

Are the packages discreet?

Yes, we ship our packages in plain boxes without any references to AirVape on them, only using our trading name “Apollo Design and Tech”.

When do you receive your tracking number?

Tracking emails are sent out the same day your package was shipped.

What options can I pay with?

We offer two ways of payment; by credit card, and by PayPal.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you contact us before your order is processed by the warehouse, we will be able to help you change the shipping address. If the package has been sent from the warehouse, you can contact the courier and have them update the shipping address free of charge as long as it’s within the same city.

What happens if I choose to not receive the package?

The package will then be returned to us and we will refund you the amount minus the shipping cost. If you change your mind and still want the items you ordered you will have to place another order.
